If after making a purchase on our platform you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. This policy applies only to courses purchased through our official platform.
To request a refund, you must:

  • Provide purchase details, such as your order number, the course purchased, and the reason for your request.
Once we receive and process your request, we commit to issuing the refund within a reasonable timeframe, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

2. Refund Conditions

To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please keep the following in mind:
  • The refund is only valid if the request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • The course must not have been completed in full. If you have accessed a significant portion of the course or downloaded associated materials, your refund request may be denied.
  • Shyksaly reserves the right to request additional evidence, if necessary, to verify the refund request.

3. Exceptions

This policy does not apply in the following cases:
  • Courses purchased at a discount or through promotions that do not explicitly state the refund policy applies.
  • Courses that include exclusive or downloadable content which has already been fully accessed by the user.
  • Courses whose access has been transferred to another person by the original buyer.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will proceed to refund the full amount paid for the course. The refund process may take between 5 to 10 business days.
